The order has already been processed and sent to our warehouse as we offer a next day dispatch, therefore, as per our Terms and Conditions, we are not able to amend or cancel any orders. https://klevarange.com.au/pages/terms-conditions 

Please note you do have a minimum 30 day money back guarantee, therefore, you are welcome to trial the products to see if they may be something you wish to keep. 

Once the products have been delivered to yourself, if you do not wish to keep them, please do let us know and we will provide you with the returns information.
