Can I change my shipping address?Updated 17 days ago

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the shipping address as per our Terms & Conditions.

You can however request to have your parcel delivered to a collection point or a depot instead. Please contact your courier once the tracking information has come through, to request this. You can do this via phone or online.

You cannot request to redirect/ change the address of your parcel with the courier.

If the parcel is delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel.
