Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?Updated a day ago

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Need an Alternative Delivery Option?

Once your tracking information becomes available, you may be able to request delivery to a local collection point or depot. To do this:

  • Contact the courier directly via phone or their online platform

  • Use your tracking number to request a redirection to a collection point (if supported by the courier)

Important:
Couriers do not allow address changes once the parcel is in transit. Redirecting to a different residential or business address is not permitted.

If your parcel is delivered to the original shipping address entered at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it.
