How Do I Exchange An Item?Updated 13 days ago

We offer a standard 30-day return period. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can request an exchange within 30 days of the parcel delivery date. Products returned outside this period are not eligible for exchange.

Some products may have an extended return period — please check the specific product page for details.


How to Request an Exchange:

Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your email address

  • Order number

  • The product you want to exchange

  • The product you want in exchange

  • Reason for exchange

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the exchange instructions including the returns address.
