What happens if I send a 'COD' parcel?

We reserves the right to refuse parcels that are 'COD' or 'More To Pay', and the associated charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds exclude postage, handling and any shipping protection fee.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If that's not possible, you'll receive a credit note with a 12-month expiry. Please note it can take up to 5 business days for the money to go back into your account.
