To factory reset your SmartPlay, follow these steps:

1. From the home screen, tap the little house icon in the top right corner.

2. Go to Setup.

3. Click on Basic Setup on the left-hand side.

4. Select Restore Factory.

5. Confirm by clicking Yes.

Your SmartPlay will then restore to factory settings.
