My Mealio is Displaying an Error MessageUpdated 13 days ago

If your Mealio shows an error code, don’t worry—here’s what each one means and how to fix it:


E01 – Lid Not Aligned

The lid isn’t properly locked onto the jug.

➤ Place the lid securely on the jug.
➤ Turn it clockwise until it stops.
➤ Make sure the lid sensor and jug handle are aligned.

💡 The touch panel only works when both lid and jug are properly fitted.


E02 – Lid Isn’t Fitted Properly

The lid may not be sitting correctly on the jug.

➤ Double-check the lid is on snugly and aligned with the safety tab.


E03 – Jug Not Aligned with Base

The jug isn’t properly connected to the motor base.

➤ Lift the jug slightly and reposition it on the base.
➤ Adjust until the jug sensor aligns with the base sensor.

💡 If the error persists, contact Kleva Range customer service.


E04 – Overheating

The appliance has become too hot to operate safely.

➤ Add more liquid to the jug.
➤ If the error remains:
 1. Turn off and unplug the Mealio.
 2. Remove the jug from the base.
 3. Let it cool down for 30–45 minutes.
 4. If needed, empty and rinse the jug and base before restarting.


E05 – Jug is Empty or Too Full

Mealio can’t operate without the right amount of contents.

➤ Make sure there's enough liquid or ingredients, but don’t exceed the max fill line.
