My Smartplay screen has frozen! What should I do?Updated 13 days ago

It happens sometimes! If your SmartPlay screen freezes, don’t worry—it’s easy to fix with a quick recalibration:

  1. Place all four fingers and your thumb flat on the screen, making sure they all touch.

  2. Hold them there until the screen goes black.

  3. When a white plus sign appears in the top left corner, tap it.

Your SmartPlay will recalibrate and be ready to use again! 😊
