Uh-oh! It’s rare, but just like any tech, your Smartplay screen might freeze now and then. No worries, though—it’s super easy to fix with a quick recalibration!

Here’s how:

• Cup your hand and place all 4 fingers and your thumb on the screen, making sure they all touch.
• Hold them there until the screen goes black.
• A white plus sign will pop up in the top left corner—tap it, and voilà! Your Smartplay is recalibrated and ready to go again. 😊
