Warranty Coverage

Kleva Range stands by the quality of the KRAPOF® Super Slim Power Vac. This product is backed by a 4-year limited warranty from the original purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation).

This warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Repairs or replacements for faulty parts, at Kleva Range’s discretion.
If the product cannot be repaired under normal usage conditions, a replacement of the same or equivalent model will be offered.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, cosmetic damage).
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications, or use of non-approved accessories.
Electrical damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or improper charging.
Use in commercial settings (this product is for household use only).
Improper dustbin use:
Always press the gold clip on your dustbin to close it.
Forcing it shut without doing so may break the clip—this type of damage is not covered under warranty.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Describe the issue
Include details, photos, or videos of the problem.
Assessment
If the issue qualifies, Kleva Range will arrange a repair or replacement.

Returns & Shipping

You may be responsible for shipping the product back for assessment.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Kleva Range will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement.

Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure.
Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damage.
