KRAPOF® Super Slim Power Vac Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Kleva Range is committed to providing high-quality products, and we stand by the performance of the KRAPOF® Super Slim Power Vac. This product is covered by a four-year (4) limited warranty from the date of purchase as shown on your order.

What This Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This product is not designed for commercial use.

Repairs or replacements for faulty parts, at Kleva Range’s discretion.

If the product cannot be repaired, under normal usage conditions, a replacement of the same or equivalent model will be provided at 

at Kleva Range’s discretion. 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.

Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or the use of non-approved accessories.

Damage due to improper voltage, power surges, or external factors beyond Kleva

Range’s control, including incorrect use or charging of batteries and product accessories

Commercial use—this product is designed for household use only.

Always remember to press the gold clip on your dustbin. Failing to close the dustbin

correctly can weaken the clip and lead to breakage due to unnecessary force. Please

note that if your clip is damaged in this way, it will not be covered under your four (4) -year limited warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Kleva Range Customer Service via our website or phone with proof of purchase.
2. Provide a description of the issue and any relevant images or videos.
3.If the issue qualifies under the warranty, Kleva Range will arrange for repair or Replacement.

Returns & Shipping:

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to returning the defective

product for assessment.

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Kleva Range will cover return

shipping costs for the replacement.

Legal Rights:

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. This warranty does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
